Professional Introducers and The Equity Release Centre

The EquityRelease Centre welcomes introductions from IFA's /Mortgage Brokers, Accountants and Solicitors who would like a professional resource centre to refer their equity release clients to, in the comfort of knowing that such clients will receive professional independent and impartial advice on all methods of equity release in the comfort of their own homes.

Being a professional adviser, you will already appreciate that financial planning is rapidly becoming a complex subject and equity release even more so than any other area, with increasing FSA regulation and frequent mystery shopping exercises. Indeed since October 2004 you have had to pass an appropriate specialist Lifetime Mortgage qualification to advise on the Lifetime Mortgage type of equity release, or be closely supervised by someone who does have the necessary qualification. From 6th April 2007 this requirement has been extended to advice on Reversion schemes as well.

Do you have the necessary experience or time to specialise in this area?

If not, and you would like to:

  • Know that your clients will receive impartial, unpressurised advice, bespoke to their individual needs.
  • Let us take the regulatory and PI responsibility for any advice on equity release.
  • Like to earn 50% of any commission received on completed cases, simply for introducing the cases.

Then become a registered introducer simply by clicking here and giving us some basic details, we will then send you a copy of our Introducers Agreement for signing and returning to us.
